The website is built with Sitejet and hosted through Namecheap. Hosting and content-delivery services process technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser information, to deliver the website and help keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us, we use your name, email address and the information in your message to answer your enquiry and arrange lessons. Mail sent to newstudent@vipenglish.club is forwarded by Namecheap to our business Gmail inbox. Enquiries about lessons are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). General correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The booking button opens Cal.com. To arrange a session, Cal.com processes your name, email address, selected time and any information you choose to add. Booking details are synchronised with our business Google Calendar, and online introductory sessions use Cal Video. Required booking details are needed to arrange the session; optional notes can be left blank. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For children, a parent or guardian should make the booking using their own contact details and join the introduction. Please keep booking notes limited to learning goals and practical arrangements.
We use Namecheap for hosting and email forwarding, Google for business email and calendar management, and Cal.com for booking and online introductions. Cal.com states that booking data is processed in the United States under its Data Processing Agreement and applicable international-transfer safeguards. Further information is available in the Namecheap privacy policy, Google privacy policy and Cal.com privacy policy. Cal.com’s Data Processing Agreement also explains its processing and transfer arrangements.
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as it is needed to answer you, arrange and administer lessons, and deal with related questions or claims. Where legal retention duties apply, the relevant records are kept for the required period. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact newstudent@vipenglish.club to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
The Facebook and Cal.com buttons are ordinary links. If you follow them, the destination service processes your visit under its own privacy and cookie notices.
The launch version uses no optional analytics or advertising tracking. Technical hosting requests still occur as described above. When you follow the booking link, Cal.com’s own cookie notice applies.
